Starting Jillian Michael's
Today I went to the gym in the morning and ran off 700 calories. I also then started Jillian michaels thirty day shred. I want to combine the two to lose inches and see a difference in working out. I am hoping the running will make my eating become under control and the shred will get rid of inches. We will see how committed I am after I start working tomorrow. But last time I tried to get really fit was when I was starting a job again. Being back in sf will make it difficult because I will have social influences and desires. But I am going to try to be strict with myself and truly record everything bc it makes me feel responsible to someone or something.
