I don't know where my th post went
Lunch time work out.
Run 35 minutes
Lifting: shoulder press at 10 15 20. 3 sets of 12; weighted 30 lunges 16 steps 2 sets; shoulder raises: 10,15,20 3 sets 12.

Bought donuts.
But I won't eat one. My breakfast was already highly caloric bc I had waffle with nutella. Not good. I am about to go be honest with myself and add on the peanut butter.
I do wonder if my eye twitch has anything to do with diet and working out.
Anticipating the weekend and I plan to work out in the morning Saturday. Maybe rest on Sunday.

Lift day 1
Assisted with 105 chin ups. 3 sets of 12.
Squats with 20 30 and 40. 3 sets of 12
Bicep dumbbell curls: 15 each. 3 sets of 25 alternating.
Must bring jacket for post work out. Burr

Yet another start over but this time with financial obligation
So I committed myself financially to going to the gym. I just purchased another gym membership. This gym is close to work and something I should have done a long time ago. Having this gym nearby for after work or lunchtime exercise is going to be great. I think part of my problem with getting to the gym was that after work there are just so many activities to do. And I like to get home to hang out with Daniel. But now I can use my lunch hour where I normally just eat and read to run and read or do a class. I will be free to pursue after work activities without the issue with picking between the gym and being social.
Results I desire: I want to lose pounds. My actual weight number is what is driving me nuts. I also want to lose inches. I am going to look up plans right now and attempt to meet them. Diet as always is an issue. But I'll try to work on it. Tracking food staring today. I want my clothes to fit right. I want more energy. I want a lot and am going to try to work for it. No time like the present.
