Drinking
The new thing for this year is going to be drinking water when hungry. I'm also liking green tea w lemon to help feel full. I'm trying again I guess.
Finally getting back
Going to the gym today. I finally have all my clothing and am feeling ok. So it's back to it as of today. Going to track strictly. No more free snacks. I can do this!

No more snacking
Doing poorly today. Caramel popcorn and spicy dried fruit. Get it together Lauren. Gym tonight for sure.
