Torturing myself

Looking up spring rolls is so much torture. I am hungry and craving lots of different foods. I want spring rolls and I want boiling crab style seafood! Shrimp in a delicious bag. Crab! Mmm. So effing hungry. It might be a noon lunch kind of day.

Extra things I ate yesterday

Brownie
Mozzarella cheese sticks
Bag of chips

I need to stop eating out of boredom.

Todays food goals: breakfast didn't have carbs! Just egg and hamburger meat.

Lunch is the standard micro meal.

Didn't bring a snack.

Dinner: can of soup and apple/brownie! And nothing else! Gonna be strict tonight.

I am considering this no carb at night thing. I do hear that it is better to eat more in the morning and less at night. Oh considerations.

Lifting of the day

A post on facebook has motivated me to do squat presses tonight. I'll also do machine shoulder presses and low abs. I might try some pushups too. I know that changing up a work out is important. And I have plenty of time. I have also definitely decided to do 30 day shred once I am in my new apartment. Not sure how I'll do it on the weekends with my adventures. Might have to start after Vegas at least. But excited to try.

Stress eater

I am definitely a stress eater so I'll have to avoid the pitfall of buying snacks when stressed. It makes it too easy to fail.

On a separate note I want to work out arms today. Although I never think it helps. Maybe I just don't do enough

Goals

Time to set some new goals: current weight at the gym is 146ish (I'll double check tonight). I want to lose 2 lbs a week. And goal weight is 125. Minor goal is 135. So in about ten weeks I want to be there. By Easter it would be nice. But I have to stay strict on the diet and exercise. Thus by July 4 I should be at my goal weight. I really think the my fitness pal app works and I'm going to continue using that. Just need to stop buying the junk bc if it isn't there then I won't have the opportunity to eat it. The complication of this all: gotta do it on a budget.
