Ok start over

Day one of 2013 on day 3 technically. Squat presses 12 at 20 lbs. bicep curls 12 at 15 lbs. leg extension 12 at 45. Chest press at 35.

Work to drink

Hitting a quick run and some abs so I can have a drink with miller.
Zumba. I looked super awkward. I think. There is definitely a muscle memory aspect to Zumba that I don't have the rhythm for yet. Upper body is just too stiff. Things I will work on.
Shoulder press machine 3 sets 12. Start 10 per side. Up 15 then 20.

Walking lunch with 30 lbs. 8 steps. Two reps.

Shoulder raise. 3 sets 2. 10 lbs start. 15 then 20

Lunch time work out.

Run 35 minutes
Lifting: shoulder press at 10 15 20. 3 sets of 12; weighted 30 lunges 16 steps 2 sets; shoulder raises: 10,15,20 3 sets 12.

Bought donuts.

But I won't eat one. My breakfast was already highly caloric bc I had waffle with nutella. Not good. I am about to go be honest with myself and add on the peanut butter.

I do wonder if my eye twitch has anything to do with diet and working out.

Anticipating the weekend and I plan to work out in the morning Saturday. Maybe rest on Sunday.
